John is an amazing mortgage adviser! I was a first-time buyer in my 40-ies, living on my own, so just one salary, and he's managed to find me a mortgage product for exactly the amount I needed even though this product was not on the market earlier. Just goes to show that he's always up-to-date with what's going on and will search for you until he's exhausted all options. He's always patient, kind, answers all your questions, explains in plain English and you know you're in good hands! I've also re-mortgaged with him last year, and again, got brilliant advice and a personal service. I trust him and his knowledge and expertise.
